Our projects comprise of development of feasibility studies, security packages (PPA, IA & FSA), contract management (EPC, O&M), environmental and social studies (ESIA, IEE, EIA), CDM studies and many more. In performing projects customer satisfaction through meeting deadlines and careful implantation of project is prime objective of Élan Partners (Pvt.) Ltd. Élan approach comprises unique in the sense and fully equipped to meet their customer’s satisfaction level.
Élan uses state-of-the-art standard and customized simulation and forecasting software to carry out technical analysis. In addition to this, our analysts also use computer-based graphics tools to generate maps, drawings, and charts where appropriate and PERT/CPM models to schedule and optimize resource utilization
